Just leaving this here as a reminder that you can't fake caring about your players' mental health, nor can you fake being a good coach! Your players may forget what you did and said, but they will never forget how you made them feel (Worthless, hopeless, and depressed). Godspeed to the next generation of players that have to deal with this BS.
