DisorganizedPoor Communication
The coach often spoke about fairness and opportunity, but actions did not reflect that. Decisions about leadership and playing time felt predetermined, and many players were never given a real chance. Constant roster turnover created an unhealthy environment, leading to multiple players leaving. Trust was difficult to maintain due to inconsistent communication.
