Should not be a head coach. Administration probably hired because he was an alumni who was an athlete but is definitely not coach material. He does not motivate and I would go as far as saying he tries the opposite. He has knowledge but no execution. He is very unorganized. He also would tell the players that there is no hope for them and belittle them. He picks his favorites and that’s it. You can’t not change his mind even if you are playing better than the favorites. He almost wants to get the player to quit. He makes you feel bad. And at the end of the day he has good players but can never get the win. The record speaks for itself. Terrible leadership.
