His big thing when recruiting is that no players transfer out which is entirely true because instead of transferring they all just quit. Doesn’t know soccer and tactics. You can tell which players are the favorites and if you aren’t the favorite or starter he doesn’t really care about you. He would talk bad about the players on the field to the bench and other coaches during games. It honestly brings the team closer because of how bad it is and when you realize nothing is going to change there is nothing to do except laugh about it
