huge favoritism, huge gaslighting and manipulation tactics. Feels like a constant cycle and an abusive environment. He constantly makes everyone feel less than , he makes peoples confidence and love for the sport go away. He never does any of the hard work when it comes to teammate interactions. Will allow some girls to get away with things that break all the things on the contract he made. But will scold other girls who have went to him about mental health problems and they would have more consciences than the ones that were breaking all the rules and going against their own teammates. He doesn’t genuinely care for his girls he cares more about his paycheck.
