I've been playing volleyball for a very long time and definitely this coach has finished all the volleyball love in me, if a person who doesn't value you when you're injured and never helps you when you have a problem and never shows his feelings that is not acceptable, if he valued his team as much as his valued his favorite player, we could be a much better team now, or the way of organizing training, another situation while thinking that he motivates his players, he threatens his players and even if he sees that you're already fighting with your self,he still thinks that he is helping them with threatening and yelling , I would definitely never prefer it, he broke all the enthusiasm in me and I'm never the same as before, but I definitely don't recommend him.
