Coach Redrick is our new sprint coach at UNO, and honestly he’s been great. He motivates everyone and make sure you reach your goals. When we’re not in practice he is someone you can talk to and joke around with. He is going to give you brutal honesty but it is definitely not something to take in a bad way, best coach I’ve ever had honestly.
