Coach Redrick is a very knowledgeable coach from running from the collegiate and professional level. He notices the little details in our workouts and meets and is quick to make adjustments that help me a lot as a sprinter. He is very vocal and he will let you know how it is. During practice he is very firm, if we are late, miss a workout, or don’t take it seriously we have some time of punishment. This has motivated everyone to give him our very best because we know that’s what he’s doing for us.
