Unfortunately this coach started out on the wrong foot immediately. He berated his team in front of others and would scream horrible words to refs and other coaches as well. He seemed to never be present and thought by screaming would motivate his team. Girls do not respond to that kind of coaching, they shut down! Unfortunately my daughter had a terrible senior year with him as a coach and for the first time she didn’t enjoy her sport!
