Watched too many great athletes and families have all the hard work, effort, and emotional investment they put into helping Coach Cam "build an amazing program" be so seriously disappointed by his inability to provide even a positive environment for these athletes to function in. He was a sub par swimmer from Texas who's fiance stayed in Alaska rather than follow him to Evansville for this position if that says anything. Hes amazing at telling people exactly what they want to hear. Dont be fooled, his ego is the only thing hes building, not a positive swim culture for your child/athletes to succeed in and contribute to.
