Awful, narcissistic. Every coordinator we have leaves in a year. Treats players awful unless he chooses early on your in his friend group he likes. Had a safe word cause he treats players in meetings so awful. Talks bad about players parents and personal lives. Creates divide on team. Administration keeps him employed, best friend with AD. Continues to lose games and is awful to players yet keeps job. Sad
