Unfortunately, my experience with this coach was very negative. The communication style was frequently harsh and unkind, which created a mentally difficult environment for players. Rather than focusing on encouragement, development, and respect, interactions often felt overly critical and discouraging. Athletes deserve coaches who support their growth and well-being, and I did not feel that standard was met here.
