In my experience, the coaching style created an environment that felt discouraging rather than supportive for the players. Communication often came across as demeaning and lacked empathy, which can be damaging for young athletes who are still developing confidence and skills. Instead of bringing the team together, the leadership seemed to create division among the players. A strong team should be built on respect, encouragement, and unity, but unfortunately that sense of teamwork was missing. Overall, it was disappointing to see a group of athletes with potential struggle in an environment that did not promote positive development or team cohesion. I feel bad for the girls on this team such a bad situation! This was supposed to be a fun, exciting experience and he made it not.
