The athletic trainer has been very supportive and professional throughout the season. She makes sure her athletes understand their injuries and explains each exercise in a clear and simple way. She is patient and encouraging, especially during difficult recovery periods. She creates a positive and motivating environment and truly cares about the health and performance of her athletes, not just getting them back to competition quickly. Because of her guidance and knowledge, the athletes feel more confident and physically prepared.
