What happened to Alabama A&M softball program? The answer is the coaching staff. His lack of coaching ability is costing wins. He dismissed the team that could get him to SWAC. Check the stats from last year to this year. He has every right to get his own team. He said he wanted D1 players. However, this team only won 6 conference games only against MVS. The team last year won more, but he gave up on them because they weren’t HIS picks. You can’t mistreat players and think you will have a great season! Karma wins every time! Get rid of the entire coaching staff.
