Please take time to research this program thoroughly. Based on what we observed, Coach Elaine Jones’ behavior and coaching style did not align with what we expect from someone responsible for mentoring young women. Her interactions are dismissive and discouraging demeaning and this impacted players across the board. This is not written out of frustration over playing time or an issue with one situation. She treats athletes poorly across the board it is a reflection of the environment we witnessed. Protecting our daughters means ensuring they are in a place that builds them up, not tears them down. Speak with the athletic director, talk to current players, and gather as much information as you can before committing.
