Need to hire Coach Mandy as the head coach. Beirne is just going through the motions at this point. She forgets to re enter players & her ego is HUGE. If you’re a pitcher you won’t be developed and you will get worse. Be warned. She tries to make everyone throw like she did and pitches all suffer. Gets drills from TikTok, pitch every single day with zero plan. No growth is happening here.
