Sally Snover recruited 11 in my class to join her program. There were now 5 left in this years senior class. Sally is incapable of really developing players into the best they can be. Her practices are disorganized and lazy. When conflict arises Sally lets it fester within the team and wonders why she has had culture problems year after year. When players are not preforming she will leave them in… a wavering sign of favoritism. Ex: two starters hit under .120 for more than half the season.. and no changes are made. She continuously lies about playing time… will decide to put you in to pinch hit at the bottom of the 7th with 1 out while the team is getting blown out.
