Do not believe anything this woman says. The handwritten notes are a nice gesture, but the truth is, she’s not a good coach. She can’t make in-game decisions and can’t adapt when the other teams make changes. She doesn’t create an inclusive atmosphere; instead, she creates drama and bullies the girls. She talks about the girls with other girls on the sidelines. If she’s in a bad mood, she makes the girls run. When they win, it’s because the attack played well. When they lose, she blames the defense. She doesn’t watch film, so she’s never prepared for a game. She tells the girls “my plan works”. Clearly it does not as they continue to lose! If your daughter has an opportunity to go somewhere else… take it and run!
