This coach is severely lacking in fundamental coaching abilities and has been actively detrimental to the athletes under his charge. He appears to be best at demolishing the confidence of young women and making them feel belittled. In the short time he served as coach, his professional conduct was appalling. When players asked for guidance, his verbal response was so abusive it caused them severe distress. He offered no constructive guidance, merely degrades athleticism, with a shocking lack of compassion. Employers should exercise extreme caution and fully review his credentials and coaching style, as this person has demonstrated an inability to successfully mentor athletes.
