Poor Communication
From our personal experience, Coach Hertz has zero investment in a player's physical or mental well-being. There is a lack of support and outreach to injured players. The lack of communication suggested the player mattered only when they could perform and not as a whole person. This is something recruits and parents should know before joining this program.
