Puts players in positions to fail and be embarrassed constantly. Continually puts pitchers in bad positions and then pinch hits for best players for players who are hitting less than .100. Don’t understand this coach mentality at all. If you’re a good player and plan on coming to Davenport beware because you will experience a lot of frustration and headaches.
