Throughout the past season, Coach Jackie has consistently demonstrated a strong knowledge of the game, especially in the defensive development side of performance. She has been nothing but kind to the team and has always put the players above herself. She is one of the most selfless coaches I have experienced, often prioritizing the well-being and support of athletes, even when it requires significant personal energy. Her commitment to being present for players, particularly in moments when extra support is needed, does not go unnoticed. She continues to show professionalism, genuine care, and a deep commitment to athlete development every day. Her ability to connect with players, support them mentally, and help them grow both on and off the field makes her an exceptional coach. She brings a positive, player-first approach that has a meaningful impact on the team, and her presence is incredibly valuable to the program. It truly takes an outstanding coach and an amazing person to be able to be put through everything Coach Jackie endured this season, not only mentally but physically by the head coach, and still be such a light for the girls on the team and that shows a lot about Coach Jackie's character and her as a person.
