Playing for Alex Campione was the worst part of my experience at Curry. From her first to current year as the coach, there has been an estimate of 19 players who have transferred or left the team. Administration has done nothing about this, even after many of current and past players have brought a multitude of issues to their attention. She is manipulative, a gaslighter, and inconsiderate human being. She fat shames, promotes unfair expectations for each player, cusses and throws equipment due to poor performance, creates an anxiety inducing environment with poor team culture and cannot take accountability for any of these actions. Coaching is the first aspect to having a competitive team, and unfortunately as long as she is the coach, that will never happen here at Curry.
