She has been a great coach to me! I have played for her the last few years here at Curry! As a player we should expect our coach to be tough on us and want us to get better everyday. That is how Coach Alex is, she is always making competitive practices and pushing us to be the best we can be. Our program has improved a lot these last few years and it starts from her. She pushes us to talk about our goals, values, and how we want our teammates and coaches to support us. I appreciate how she stay positive, push us to do our best, and support us both on and off the field. She is very personable and cares about your success not only on the field but in the classroom. Academics are just as important to her, she is always staying updated with everyones classes and how they are going. Coach Alex helped me build my confidence back and is always supporting us through the good times and bad. If you want a coach that supports you as a person and not just an athlete, who is always creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated, Curry would be a great fit!
