Letting your players yell at other players on the field seems about right with you. Great look for you and your program. When something goes wrong… yell at your teammate…chances are they might get more opportunities to make plays…. but hey why not embarrass them and then wonder why they maybe don’t make the next play…. Really encouraging, really good mental health right there. Great LEADERSHIP BRAD. Cant imagine what kind of teacher you were.
