Players are transferring out of Trinity. The College they LOVE because of Rachael Schroeder. Not because of the existing losing record and lack of leadership under her reign, but something far more concerning. She has single handedly destroyed the culture of this program, through made up accusations, manipulation, lies, coercive control, triangulation and utter lack of professionalism and complete lack of player/coach boundaries. She is a detriment to the mental health and emotional well being of girls who may be considering Trinity to play soccer. Future recruits do not come within one foot of Rachael Schroder.
