Communication was nonexistent, and several things communicated to players later changed without communication or did not match reality. The environment focused on winning without proper coaching than caring about players as people or supporting their development. Overall, the team culture and coaching approach were beyond disappointing. Be careful about what you are promised. Other teams comment on poor coaching that causes losses
