Stay away from any program where he coaches… he creates any environment ruled by fear, humiliation, and tear-down tactics. Does not know how to motivate and build team culture. Talks a good game during recruiting but does not follow his own words. Stereotypes players, does not invest any time to know them. If I could give him 0 stars I would.
