As a parent watching this team for many years, it is not hard to see why she has the poor record that she does. Her poor decisions of who to play and who not to play resulted in many losses. But this is not what I am here to write about. It is the information I have heard from not only my daughter but MANY of the other girls. Her lack of communication to the girls, her petty vindictiveness towards the girls is disgraceful. If you are not one of her "favorites" you might as well not be on the team. She will not talk or engage with you during practice or hitting sessions. What coach tells players you might be used to pitch batting practice this season, that's it. Or how would you feel if you don't play this year???? This was mentioned before the season even started. In her tenure at Skidmore, notice that every year there have been one or more girls that do not return the following year. She has a nice way of spinning it saying they chose to leave or the girl had an injury. Hey, take a look at her assistant coaches. Yes, every year they all choose not to return. Skidmore College.....parents, prospective players. Please take note of this. This coach creates a toxic environment. Just ask the players...any of them '
