Regardless of all the known issues with mental health, Players and coaches leaving the program, and a severe lack of recruiting you can’t hide from the inability to compete in conference. Multiple last place seasons in conference. Single digit wins in conference and NO PLAYOFF APPEARENCES. Consistently out coached and unable to adjust in game or adjust approach from season to season. We should never minimize clear manipulative coaching and serious mental heath concerns (from a supposed Mental Health professional) and how they impact the players but the softball results speak for themself. Clear underperformance and no accountability. This is college sports you better have a great culture or be winning. This program has neither.
