Lack of knowledge of game. Not good at communication. If you’re looking for a coach to build you as a player and give true feedback on all sides of the ball, look elsewhere. Anderson had the potential to do great things this year but unfortunately were out coached. Anderson needs a dedicated coach who wants to win, wants to develop the girls and most importantly stops letting “players” who do not do anything stay on the team. She shows a disrespect for the girls on the team who show up each day and give it their all even those who deal with injuries, and lets others do whatever they want while they still get to claim they are on the team. Overall her lack of iq, maturity, and desire to get better as a coach is what is going to drag this program down.
