My experience with Coach Gayle has been good. She cares a lot about her players on and off the court. She is open to ideas and allows for all coaches to have a say in what we’re doing. One thing I think she could improve on is being more transparent in conversations about playing time. But, she creates a good team culture and everyone really gets along.
