This coach cares about his athletes at a first glance but can be super passive aggressive and dishonest as time goes on. Smart remarks can be made by him during practice and many things get muttered under his breath. Outside of practice we had many team dinners hosted by him and his wife which were a lot of fun and brought the team closer. I think some female athletes have a harder time connecting with him as a coach because he coached men for many years and didn’t adjust to coaching women.
