Coach Patrick always gives that extra attention that athletes often need to get one more piece of advice that can bring their performance to the next level. She does this directly and honestly with passion so her players know they are supported by her and she believes it is something that they can accomplish. She will go the extra mile if you are willing to and does not back down from a challenge. She works great with her players while also knowing how to have a good time on the field!
