Very intelligent coach but he cannot make game time adjustments. All adjustments had to come at halftime or in practice the next day after a game had been played. He also does not know how to adequately communicate with female athletes. He does a good job of preparing his captains to be team leaders and he is very reliable to help out with off the court things like academics and job interviews.
