Allden is an incredible person and incredible coach, super easy to get along with and super communicative. He genuinely believes in every single one of his athletes and will do his best to get them there. He builds a good team culture, although it is highly dependent on the athletes to keep it up, but lucky for us we generally have a good and motivated team. His training methods are older, and he’s pretty stubborn with them, but as long as you buy into it, and recover properly you will be able to succeed.
