Coach Allden is a super understanding coach. He understands that Davidson is academically challenging and makes accommodations for his athletes because of this. He is not the type of coach to actively coach you through workouts, etc. However, if you approach him with questions he has the right answers for you. He believes in his athletes and is patient to watch you grow. He also allows us athletes to largely dominate the team culture. Our culture is fantastic and prospering because of the special athletes and more importantly people he brings in to run here.
