After my first year with Gayle as my head coach, i can say that i’ve grown both as a player and as a person. She helps you build your confidence and she talks with you to let you know what she needs from you. One of the best things about her that is not very common to found in college coaches, is that she cares about her players off the court, and she knows that we are more than just basketball players. She is always willing to help you with anything.
