Coach Jess Coach built a championship culture by setting high standards and emphasizing excellence, leading the program to several championship titles. She was deeply passionate about both the game and her players, investing in our growth through team-building activities, book studies, and development. She consistently advocated for her players, ensuring our accomplishments were recognized while challenging us to develop the character, discipline, and resilience needed to succeed long after college. Her influence extended far beyond the field, and I'm grateful for the lasting impact she had on my life.
