Take a look at the turnover since he became Head Coach - this should tell you everything you need to know. Almost 90% of players he brought in don't return. He lies to players. Cannot provide honest feedback. Team culture is non-existent since former Head Coach, Ryan Osborne left. Coach Solomon thinks players of color and international players should be given preferential treatment over US players even when have been consistently out performed at practices, scrimmages and games. He has made numerous and repeated discriminatory and prejudicial statements towards white players. He does no significant vetting of player performance. He throws scholarship money to international and players of color without proving themselves, only for them to end up sitting on the bench on the 2nd team rooster. He brings in 30+ players annually and just sees what sticks to the wall. Why do you need a rooster of almost 50-60 players? Even with a 1st & 2nd team there is no reason to carry this many players.
