Rachel Dell is a powerful leader who leads with passion and emphasizes the importance of hard work. She is intense and serious, but wants to create a positive and successful environment wherever she can. Not every person will have good experiences with every coach, but understanding the process is also important. She has led teams to success throughout her life and is a smart person. Work ethic is huge with her and she appreciates athletes who work hard on and off the field/court/etc.
