Coach Boswell is truly a great coach who cares about her players as people, not just players. Like any coach she wants to win and will push her players to achieve their individual goals as well as their team goals. She is not for everyone as players who cannot handle constructive feedback don't seem to mesh well with her, but she's honest and direct and will do everything she can to get the most out of you while also caring deeply about you as a person.
