Several recent reviews indicate there were complaints about playing time. I'm sure there were some frustrated players who wanted to play or play more, but when they asked the coach for feedback, it was often dismissed, or no formal coaching was provided to improve player development. What about a starting senior player who left the team with only a few games remaining last year? That's not a playing time issue. That speaks to other bigger problems.
