Our daughter was a transfer into the UNCW program. We are so thankful she found a home at UNCW. Coach Neal and his entire coaching staff are amazing. They treat the players with respect and dignity. They are kind and caring, and most importantly, they understand soccer. Coach Neal and his team are well-versed in the game and coach to the teams strength, as is evident by their winning history. Navigating the college soccer landscape is tough especially for high achieving players who are looking for the right program, after our daughter transferred here, we can say first hand, this is what a good program is and should be. For future athletes considering UNCW as an option, know, this is a program where excellence is expected and rewarded, and the culture is positive.
