Sharif loves Sharif. He employed a second-rate assistant because he was his friend, not because of his credentials. False promises, name-calling, and disrespect are his mantra. He is a completely different person from the one you might find recruiting your daughter. We live in a society, unfortunately, where the gift of gab puts unqualified people in positions where they don't belong. He is exactly where he belongs... off the field.
