Everyone who is backing up Courtney Grove IS the favorite, or hate to say it, kisses her butt. Parents have no idea what goes on at practices, in meetings, and even in the locker room (where the assistant would shower when the team was in there). The culture is completely gone and girls are miserable. Parents who are writing on here are concerned about their kids and their teammates. Parents on here defending them and saying LIES need to not speak on the matter until they actually come to practices and meetings. Listen to what the ATHLETES are saying because they are the ones who experience it at the end of the day. I believe almost every single coach has favorites, but it changes the game when they act on it and blatantly show it. They also try and get the “drama” and feed into it. At some points they make it worse because they are involved, and not the way they should be. Talking about players behind their backs with other players, and asking the players what their teammates “punishment” should be. They make the drama WORSE, therefore many players do not like each other, and the culture is nonexistent. They talk about how they are not good at swallowing and their intimate lives. Then to make things even worse, they ask their players about their intimate lives. Although this matter is hard for many to discuss, I felt like I had to put it out there for the girls safety. I have never seen more people cry, and I have never seen more girls TERRIFIED for practice.
