Anyone who is honest knows the incredible human he is. Had a teammate who was struggling with serious mental health issues and he is why she is still her to this day. He LOVES his players. He hires former players and staff because he believes in LOYALTY. Whenever he decides to coach again he will continue doing what he has always done.
