She is extremely immature and did not deserve a HC job. She’s clueless and it’s very evident on the field. Other coaches pick up on it right away and take advantage of that. She is more concerned about what’s going on between players than she is coaching the team. Gets involved in the drama. Control freak, doesn’t actually coach because she doesn’t know how. She doesn’t know the game. Doesn’t show up for events or practices at times. Or shows up late and the Assistants don’t even know what they’re supposed to do. Changes lineup after discussing with Assistants and they’ll say, that’s not the lineup we agreed to. Definitely on a power trip with the HC pasition. Program and facilities are horrible!
