Overall, Coach Erin is a great coach. There is sometimes where she lacks a bit of honesty and tells you what you want to hear. I think that she cares deeply about her players and their academics which is great. Her communication could be a bit better and when they get to postseason using more of the team is vital other than that she is a great coach.
